This was a project that was completed for Barratt Developments, the nation's largest house-builder. This 4-bedroom property was the flagship of a large multi-unit scheme in Hampstead. In addition to the home staging we also provided many of the interior design aspects, including the wallpaper, curtains and pelmets. The property has since been put up for The Evening Standard's London Home Design Awards.
The White House was the flagship property for Barratt Homes Kidderpore Green development. The customer wanted the house dressed for sale to both maximize its value as well as to reduce what was anticipated to be a longer sale time. After working carefully with virtual staging prior to physical staging, we were successful on both counts.
